1,Introduction
The Model GGS71-A HTHP Filter Press can be used to measure the filtration rate of drilling fluids and cement slurry under the condition of deep wells (HTHP), at the same time can be used to prepare the mud cake formed after filtration under the HTHP conditions. It possesses the characters of high precision, small error, simple operation and accurate measured data. The apparatus has been used extensively in various oil-fields, research institutions and laboratories.
The instrument is designed according to recommended program issued by API. It can be used in the temperature range from room temperature to 232ºC. The maximum working pressure for the testing cup of drilling fluids is 10MPa.
The instrument uses corrosion resistant stainless steel drilling fluid cup, electric heating jacket with automatic thermostatic control, stainless steel shell, external heating insulation layer. It has the characteristics of long service cycle, high measurement accuracy, small repeated error, safe and reliable, simple operation, accurate test data and so on.

Haitongda special instruments factory began production of drilling fluid analysis instruments since 1978. So far has a total of drilling fluid and completion fluid analysis instruments and oil well cement testing instrument and a total of 3 categories and 22 items of more than 120 kinds of products.
Chronicle of enterprise
Qingdao Camera Factory 1978 started development and production of analytical instruments of drilling fluid. Overall under 1994 years of camera factory in Qingdao Hisense Group, renamed hisense Optical Co., Ltd. Enterprises in 2001, the establishment of Haitongda special instruments factory; Eastern part of the new plant is ready for use. Commencement of full-scale research and development of Oil Well Cement testing instruments in 2001. In February 2002 the first EP lubricant Tester developed and put into mass production, become a substitute for imported products. In 2003 the successful development of drilling fluid lubricity for DLA analyzer product appraisal meeting held in September of that year at the factory, Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau and relating to the participation of experts in oil field, a one-time qualified and put into mass production.
