Mud Cake Performance Tester
The Model HTD19941 mud cake performance tester is a new generation of mud cake tester developed independently by our company. It can be used to carry out mud system experiment and to establish theoretical models of mud cake stratified structure that reflect different mechanical characteristics of mud cakes.
The instrument is driven by the transmission system to apply pressure to the mud cake by the feeler lever at a fixed speed. The acquisition system detects and collects data on the pressure provided by the transmission system. The measurement results are obtained after processing by the control system. Color LCD and computer data analyze and archive the data, after which, the comprehensive parameters of mud cake performance are acquired.
