Model D90 series Mixers Instruction Manual
1.Introduction D90 Series Mixers are mainly used for mixing all kinds of drilling fluids. It has a large mixing force, mixing angle is adjustable freely and position can be arbitrarily changed. It is suitable for all kinds of drilling fluid laboratory and field. It can also be used for pharmaceutical, electronic, scientific research and other units to prepare analytical fluid mixing. 1.1 Document Conventions The following icons are used as necessary in this instruction manual. WARNING!Describes an unsafe condition or practice that if not corrected, could result in personal injury or threat to health.ELECTRICITY WARNING!Alerts the operator that there is risk of electric shock.
2 Safety To safely operate the mixers become familiar with its proper operation and potential hazards. Also observe safe laboratory practices and procedures while operating and maintaining this instrument. HAITONGDAMixers Instruction Manual D90 Revision0/1, January 20193 It is forbidden to touch the mixing shaft and blade with hands during the operation of the instrument. If the wiring becomes faulty, electrical shorts can occur and cause injury to the operator.Instruments should always be used on a safety circuit. 2.1 Safe Electrical Make sure that the electrical source is fused and grounded. Verify the power cord is in good condition and has proper ground connection. Always disconnect the power cable before repairing this instrument. 2.2 Safe Instrument Maintenance Clean the sample cell thoroughly after each use . Before each use, check the sample cell carefully.
3 Features and Specifications 3.1 Specifications and structure The Haitongda D90 Series Mixers are mainly used for mixing all kinds of drilling fluids. There are three models of mixers mainly. D90-150:power supply : AC(220±11)V 50Hz

Ambient temperature :~40ºC Model D90-150,Working Environmental Temperature Dimensions Weight : D90-150 32ºF~104ºF (0ºC~40ºC) 252×340×710 8.76kg The mixer is mainly composed of motor, frame, electrical box, mixing shaft, mixing blade, power line, etc. Motor: A device that powers the instrument. Frame: The structure is used to support the main body of the instrument. Electrical Box: Speed regulating device. Mixing part: Including mixing shaft and mixing blade, etc .It is mainly used for dispersing and mixing liquid samples.
4.Operation 1. Connect the power supply of the instrument. 2. Press the speed control knob in Figure 3-3, (the specific operation can be described in Figure 3-4).When the power indicator is on, the speed can be adjusted.Rotate the speed control knob to the right to increase the speed and to the left to decrease the speed. 3. During operation, press the speed control knob to stop the equipment. 5 Troubleshooting and Maintenance Troubleshooting and regular maintenance procedures are described in this section. 5.2 Equipment Care • Clean and check the instrument before and after each test, keep away from corrosive liquid and solvent. • The mixing shaft shall not be collided to avoid bending deformation and damage. • Put the motor and electrical box in a clean and dry environment. Do not put corrosive chemicals with it.
